Open Profile → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request by email

Email privacy@punkybee.com with the app name and the email associated with your account. We will need to verify your identity before processing the request. Never email your password.

What is removed or retained?

The deletion process removes your sign-in account and associated profile, dietary preferences, scans, favorites, local subscription records, usage and ad reward records. Feedback is retained with its account identifier removed, but comments may still contain personal information. Tell us if your feedback contains personal information.

Shared product facts, Stripe-held financial records and external assistant conversations remain. Provider logs and backups are not erased by this process; their retention remains unverified.

If you have an active subscription, confirm cancellation or contact support to avoid further charges.
